Return Policy

We aim to please. Maison Laced will gladly accept returned items for a refund within 14 days of  the delivery date. These requirements are set in place to prevent the return of personally damaged or used products.

The following stipulations must be met for returns:

• FINAL SALE ON ALL SALE ITEMS. Items purchased on clearance or sale cannot be returned. Items that do not follow the above stipulations will not be accepted and will be sent back to you
• The item must be returned in its original condition, with original tags and packaging
• Panties must be returned with the hygiene strip attached

To make a return request please follow the instructions below:

• Send an email to contact@maisonlaced.com and we’ll provide you with a label and instruction on how to proceed
• Your refund will be issues as soon as the return has been received and checked by our team
• Please note that the original shipping fees are not refundable and there will be an additional shipping fee of $10.00 and a restocking fee of $5.00 with each return
• Your refund will be issued as soon as the return has been received and checked by our team

 

Shipping

Once your order is placed, a standard processing time of up to 2 business days is required before the order is shipped out. Once your order is shipped, it will arrive within 5-7 business days.
